Our brains are attuned to negatives

Did you know that our brains are more attuned to negatives?

Fear is a powerful emotion as it is such a primal part of our brain. We are designed to run away from things that could potentially harm us.

But our brain don’t know the difference between a good risk and a bad risk.

Loss/failure has twice as much of an effect on our brains then the equivalent win/gain.

So when we experience a failure or what we deem a failure, it can be really difficult to take a similar risk in the future, even if we know it is the right risk to take and the wins will be amazing.

It can be hard to stop that inner voice telling you to play it safe.

So how do you stop your inner voice stopping you taking risks that could change your life for the better?

The way I work with my clients looks at exactly this; where are you stopping yourself, where are you playing it small.

Email me because I’d love to tell you more about how I work with my clients and I have an amazing offer you don’t want to miss. ?
