Cardio Pilates

Cardio Pilates! 🤸‍♀️ (Don’t worry we aren’t cartwheeling.)
 
So this session is a bit shorter than usual, but you will feel it. We want to get the heart rate up today and move in a slightly different way to normal.
 
Remember we are still incorporating the Pilates principles, so engaging the core muscles, breathing, moving with awareness, but we are just doing it a little faster, adding jumps and taking less breaks!
 
However, if you need to take the jumps out, or you need to slow it down, then please do that. Listen to your body.
