Gliding Pilates

Gliding Discs (or socks and paper). Happy Monday everyone. Hope you had a brilliant weekend. We ventured to IKEA! Wasn’t too bad.

Today’s session is using gliding discs. I used socks and paper to replicate the gliding discs. This is a really good way to get your core working hard. The day after I filmed this my abs and obliques were very sore. Enjoy it!
