Pilates to Ease Period Cramps

Morning.
 
Today’s session is a very gentle session to move and stretch the body. I created it with period cramps in mind as a way to move the body and ease the cramps.
 
But even if you don’t get period cramps or have periods anymore, this is a great way to move the body when you are feeling fragile or sore.
 
I put it together so that you can still move the body but don’t need to engage the abs a lot, especially if the belly region is feeling sore and achey.
 
Remember to always listen to your body, especially if it is feeling achey or fragile, it will tell you if something doesn’t feel right.
