Legs & Some Standing Pilates

We are working the legs today. We are embracing Barre Pilates and doing some standing Pilates to really work the legs hard! 😁

There is the option of using a foam roller or chair for the standing Pilates bit. You could alternatively use a counter top or the wall. 

There is another bit where we use a small ball, but you can use a pillow, towel or foam roller instead. And if you don’t have those, you can do the moves without them.
