Foam Roller Fun

Using the foam roller, we are working the abs and glutes (and a little bit of upper body). A great way to get the body working a bit harder, although sometime the foam roller does make certain movements easier or more supported. 

If you don’t have a foam roller, you can use a cushion, rolled up towel or mat, or do it on the mat as you normally would (so no excuse not to do the workout 😉).
