Interval Pilates

This is a fun Pilates session. We will be doing 45 seconds of an exercise, followed by 15 seconds break. 20 rounds. A great way to get the heart rate up. 

This class is for level intermediate above as you need to know what you are doing as we are doing it quicker and with less cuing.
