Everyone starts at the beginning. At some point we don’t know how to do something and find it difficult.
When you first started walking as a child, it would have been this new and difficult task for you. You would have stood up, tried walking and fallen down, over and over and over.
But falling down and failing, didn’t stop you from trying again. You kept trying and with each try you learnt how to hold your body, what muscles to use, how to move forwards without falling. Each try was a new learning experience until you could walk without falling.
Now when you walk you don’t think twice about it (unless it is after a night of drinking and the floor is swinging side to side).
Next time you are faced with a new task that seems difficult, remember it takes time and failing to learn new skills. Xxx
